Mr. Jeremy A. Friedman has been President of Cardio & Vascular Business and Chief Operating Officer of Cardio & Vascular Business of Lake Region Medical, Inc. since September 2013 and also has been its Executive Vice President since September 2007. Mr. Friedman has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Integer Holdings Corporation (Greatbatch, Inc.) since October 10, 2016. Mr. Friedman is responsible for driving profitable growth for the Cardio & Vascular product category, which is primarily focused on the vascular access, cardiovascular & structural heart, peripheral vascular, neurovascular, urology & oncology and electrophysiology markets. He has been Executive Vice President, Secretary, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer of UTI Holding Co., Medsource Technologies Pittsburgh, Inc., National Wire & Stamping, Inc., Noble-Met, Ltd., Medsource Technologies Newton, Inc. and Micro-Guide, Inc. since September 4, 2007. Mr. Friedman has been an Executive Vice President, President and Chief Operating Officer of Cardio & Vascular Business at Lake Region Medical since September 2013. Mr. Friedman has been Principal Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and Executive Vice President at MedSource Technologies LLC of Thermat Acquisition Corp., Brimfield Precision Llc and Kelco Acquisition, Llc and VTI Corporation since September 4, 2007 and Spectrum Manufacturing, Inc. since 2007. He serves as Senior Consultant of KPMG, where he specialized in finance, operations and strategic management consulting. He has been Executive Vice President, President of Cardio & Vascular Business and Chief Operating Officer of Cardio & Vascular Business of Accellent, Inc. since September 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Accellent, Inc. since September 4, 2007. Mr. Friedman served as Secretary of Accellent, Inc. since September 4, 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer since September 4, 2007. He has more than thirty years of finance and operations experience. He has broad based experience with entrepreneurial and start up environments as well as with multi-national, multi-billion dollar corporations. Mr. Friedman served as the Chief Operating Officer of Flextronics Network Services from February 2004 to January 2006. He has global responsibility for operations, finance and IS/IT. He served as a Vice President at Uti Holding Co., MedSource Technologies LLC, Spectrum Manufacturing, Medsource Technologies Pittsburgh, Inc., National Wire & Stamping, Inc., Noble-Met, Ltd., Medsource Technologies Newton, Inc. and Micro-Guide, Inc. He joined FNS from Flextronics International Ltd., where he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development from December 2006 to August 2007, Senior Vice President of Finance and Global Supply Chain, Components from January 2006 to December 2006, Vice President of Global Internal Audit from September 2002 to January 2004 and also served as its Vice President of Business Systems and Processes and Vice President of Business Process Re Engineering and Internal Audit. Before joining Flextronics, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of US based national retail chain. He spent most of his career focused on establishing and or improving financial and operational processes and developing infrastructures and systems. He held leadership positions at KPMG, ACME Well International Corporation, We're Entertainment, Inc., Phillips Van-Heusen Corporation and Windsor Shirt Company. He serves as the Chairman of Flextronics Six Sigma council. He serves as a Director at VTI, Uti Holding Co., Medsource Technologies Pittsburgh, Inc., Medsource Technologies Newton, Inc., National Wire & Stamping, Inc., Noble-Met, Ltd. and Micro-Guide, Inc. He has been a Director at Spectrum since 2007. Mr. Friedman holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard University in 1977 and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Haverford College in 1975.
