Helge Møgster has been member of the Board since the company was founded in April 1981, and served as Chairman of the Board until May 2006. Mr. Møgster is one of the main owners in Laco AS, the main shareholder of Austevoll Seafood ASA and DOF ASA. Mr. Møgster has extensive experience from all aspects of the fisheries sector.
