Pierre graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Metiers (ENSAM) in Paris and Institut Europeen Des Entrepreneurs. He joined EFESO Consulting in 1999. He has lead several implementation of Word Class Operation Management for multinational companies. He has helped major clients win JIPM awards (4 awards). His experience encompasses many industrial sectors, from Automotive to Food, Paper, Energy and Services with an emphasis on Utilities. The most relevant experiences fall into the field of Quality for Material Losses Reduction, Loss Intelligence to build drastic cost reduction plans. He is part of the Change Management program, Belbin accredited and he supported several changes for Top Management Committees. He actively supports the development of the Efeso Knowledge Management system regarding activities on Cost of Non Quality, Productivity and is one of the EFESO Factory Model specialists.
