Dr Manssour Aboukhamseen is the Executive Chairman of the Board, and is also a member of the Nomination Committee. Dr Aboukhamseen is a successful business entrepreneur, leader and founder of several successful business enterprises in Kuwait. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in Kuwait Oil Company (‘KOC’), Zahra Group Holding and Kuwait Energy. He has a Ph.D. in Modern History from the University of California at Berkeley.
