Dmitry Lobyak has been on Uralkali’s Board of Directors since September 2016. Dmitry Lobyak was born in 1968. He graduated from the Minsk Suvorov Military School. In 1989 he graduated from the Leningrad Higher Combined-Arms Command School named after S. Kirov with a degree in „officer with higher military special education, engineer”.
