When it was acquired by Chiron Vision he was instrumental in merging various entities and businesses across Europe into a highly profitable franchise that was then acquired by Bausch and Lomb where he became responsible for Europe and Asia. David then moved to the USA where he became Chairman and CEO of STAAR, an ophthalmic company specialized in surgical medical devices. Since 2010 he is also owner of a consulting business guiding companies and private equity to set up strategic position and Capital raises as well as acquisitions and divestitures.
