Joined our board, executive committee and compensation committee in April 2007. Mr. Mackesy is a general partner of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, where he focuses primarily on investments in the healthcare industry and is a managing member of the general partner of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe X, L.P. Prior to joining Welsh Carson, Mr. Mackesy was a research analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for coverage of the healthcare services industry.
