Ms. Arabian is responsible for growing Baychem’s business in the aerospace industry, as well as expanding its footprint in other markets including energy and solar, biotech and medical, and metal processing and finishing. Prior to joining Baychem, Ms. Arabian was the Director of Marketing at Accela, Inc., the leading provider of e-government software for state and local agencies.
