Cheli is responsible for the Group's human resources, their recruitment, training and welfare. We believe that our employees are one of the main assets of the Lapidot Group. Cheli has been in HR for several years including managing human resources at FedEx Israel. She brings extensive experience in recruiting, managing employees throughout their employment period in the organization, training, employee assessments, management development, organizational development and coaching managers. Cheli holds a BA in Education from the Tel Aviv University, and she also graduated Bar-Ilan university, where she earned her MA in Conflict Management and negotiation (Mediation) specializing in the management of organizational conflicts. Cheli specializes in training and coaching managers in organizations.
