Birgitte Vestbjerg Joined MC2 Therapeutics in 2016 from a position as Clinical Trial Manager at LEO Pharma A/S. She has more than 15 years of experience working in Denmark and the US within clinical development and project management. Birgitte has been lead project manager for small phase 1 studies to large international phase III studies in Europe, US, Canada, South Africa and Australia. Birgitte is Registered Nurse in Denmark and California, US. After her degrees, she has worked at hospitals with intensive care and cardiology units. In addition, Birgitte holds the following degrees: Certified in Advanced studies; European Course in Pharmaceutical Medicine (ECPM) and Project Management.
