From 1992 to 2000, he served in the Ukrainian internal affairs agencies. Starting from 2000, he worked for ‘Miskenergo’ Power Supply Enterprise’ LLC, where he grew from a legal advisor to the Head of the Legal Department. In 2005-2008, Mr Zakharchuk worked as the First Deputy Director of the legal firm First Counsellor. Since November 2008, he has held various managerial positions at DTEK. In 2012, he was appointed the Deputy Legal and Regulatory Director, and in August 2014, he was appointed DTEK’s Legal and Regulatory Director.
