In June 2012, he received a bachelor's degree in literature and a bachelor's degree in management from China University of Petroleum (Beijing). He received a master's degree in literature from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in November 2013. He has worked as an internor editor and translator at China Radio International and RTHK, and has been working at China Petroleum University (Beijing) in February 2014. He is currently the administrative secretary of China Energy Strategy Research Institute. He is mainly responsible for the administrative affairs and daily management of China Energy Strategy Research Institute, including postgraduate teaching management, personnel recruitment and foreign affairs reception.
