Biography

Toni Ventura Rubio received his A Category diploma on Personnel Training for Laboratory Animal Management at FELASA in 2002 and his B Category diploma on Laboratory Animal Research in 2003. Between 2002 and 2009, he worked on different animal stabularia (IMIM, Biokit S.A., Sta. Creu I St. Pau Hospital, and Prbb), and with different animal models (mammals, birds, lagomorphs, water species, and rodents). Since August 2009, he is a technician at the Embryo Micromanipulation Platform at CMRB, where he carries out support work for the Centre’s researchers and cooperates in project and research lines, such as obtaining chimeras through microinjection, producing and extracting teratomata, obtaining tetraploids through electrofusion [¿?], and extracting mice embryos, organs and tissue.
