Biography
Priska Cédileau is a Senior Lecturer at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, she mainly teaches service techniques and maintenance centre management to students in the Preparatory Year. She also teaches a course on Operational Management of Restaurant Concepts to students in the Hotel and Restaurant Management Programme.
