Dr. Perl-Treves Rafael is affiliated to the Department of Microbiology and Virology, Bar Ilan University. Dr. Perl-Treves Rafael is currently providing services as Associate Professor. Dr. Perl-Treves Rafael has published numerous publications in various national and international peer-reviewed journals and presented scientific papers across the world. Dr. Perl-Treves Rafael clinical and scientific research interests include molecular genetic research, mostly in plants of the Cucurbitaceae family. We have analyzed the melon and cucumber genomes using mapping approaches, and investigated the interaction of these plants with pathogens and insects.
