Matteo Luciani is a FNRS Post-Doctoral Researcher (Chargé de recherches FNRS) at the European Center for Advanced Research in Economics and Statistics (ECARES), Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium. From 2006 to 2007 I worked at the Italian Ministry of Economic Development on a project aiming at evaluating investment incentives to firms located in South Italy, while in 2010 I was Research Associate at the Italian Ministry of the Economy and Finance where I built a factor model for forecasting Italian GDP. In 2006 and in 2009, I was also a member of two research research projects for the European Commission (DG Information Society) aiming at studying the diffusion and impact of information and communication technologies.
