Biography

Jin has an academic background in computing and knowledge management. Her first degree was a BSc in Computer Science from Wuhan University, China. She then obtained MSc (Computing) and MA (Information and Library Management) degrees from Northumbria University, and later completed a PhD in Knowledge Management from Coventry University. Her PhD investigated organisational knowledge transfer processes at a low-level and proposed a novel approach for modelling human knowledge related processes. She has gained some social science research experience and is very keen in applying her knowledge and skills to public health and community studies. Under the guidance of Professor Netuveli, Jin is currently leading the quantitative data analysis for several projects at IHHD.
