Prof Islam Khan graduated with PhD degree in Biochemistry from AMU, Aligarh, and joined McMaster University, Canada in 1988 for post-doctoral training in the Department of Pharmacology and Physiology. In 1994 I moved to Kuwait University where I continued my work. Supervised 9 Ph.D. theses, 7 MSc theses, published more than 77 research papers in reputed National and International journals. Currently I am working as a Professor and the Chairman of the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medicine, Kuwait University, Kuwait
