Biography

My professional career in clinical nursing has been hospital- based and involved a variety of settings which include surgical and medical nursing, Operating Theatres and E.N.T . I entered Higher Education in 1992 as a Nurse lecturer for the pre- registration nursing programme . I have since held the positions of special needs co-ordinator, admissions tutor and deputy programme leader.

Research Intrest

I have been involved in a number of research projects , which include service evaluation, and support needs of lay carers of those with dementia
