Biography

Dr. Diana Dinu has an extensive background in the areas of contemporary philosophy, Germanistic studies and linguistics. For the past two years she has been based at Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University in Saudi Arabia where she specializes in teaching Written Communication, Professional Development, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, and World History to female students in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences. In addition to the main teaching duties, she is involved in conducting research in the field of teaching techniques, cultural studies and applied linguistics.

Research Intrest

The subject of research which interests her very much is bilingual education, means of teaching English to non-native speakers. In addition, her special area of interest is ESL students with learning differences, cross-cultural communication and ESL language assessment.
